I'm a spiritual advisor who offers Swedish massage. Much like reiki, I use my hands to move any stagnant energy in your body to offer you peace of mind and relax you body and muscles. Deep tissue, Swedish, reiki are all incorporated into my massage. I also offer aura cleansing if you want me to sage you after your massage is done. A aura cleanse removes any negative energy surrounding you.

Stress has a tremendous impact on everyone's lives. Swedish massages are very well known for lowering stress. Massage therapy involves the therapist rubbing your body to relieve the pain and stiffness that stress causes.

This type of therapy has a lot to offer people of all ages. People of all ethnicities and religions have utilized Swedish massage to relax, heal from wounds, and/or treat aches from prior injuries.

Swedish massage is also becoming more popular among seniors who cherish their time alone following seeking such medical attention.
